Thanksgiving Day 2018

Today is Thanksgiving day 2018. Waiting on My eldest to show up so we can drive to Heather's Grand Parents House in Dry Ponds north Carolina. Listening to Alice's Restaurant. it is a tradition we do every year. listening to it maybe 3 times on thanksgiving Day

This photo if from june 2004 from a 35 mm. I drove to Florida to see my son. Ted (EZ) went with me, had a great time. I miss this guy. he would go out of his way to help people, Great human he was.

Hiking on the Parkway

Went for a 3 mile Hike yesterday off the Parkway. Not one of my favorite trails but close to the house. This is a old water system from the early 1900's. The stone steps lead up to the actual spring. i think i have a photo of that also.
